NextDAAD Demo Game released

For video and sampled sound playback actual Spectrum Next hardware is required, other features still work in emulators.

Features demonstrated include:

- Layer 2 graphics in front of and behind the text window
- Location graphics animation through sprites
- Title screen with AY music
- In game AY music
- Sampled sound effect playback, 2 concurrent sounds, looping and one shot
- Video cutscene playback
- External machine code execution for text ticker and layer 2 image fades
- Runtime font switching
- Runtime 40/80 column text display switching
- Multi-level hint book (type hint)
- Realtime clock queries

Installation:

- Copy the folder to your ZX Spectrum Next SD card
- Run nextdaad.nex to start the demo
